The course fee will include dinner, lunch and refreshments. Payment can be made via automatic bank transfer, by Credit Card, or by check payable to the Department of Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
REGISTRATION
The cost is $4500 per surgeon in the format of one station
(with specimen and robot) / 2 surgeons.
